With extensive experience in private practice, the NHS, private hospitals, and coaching, I have seen firsthand the profound impact of healing and personal growth. I love working with belief systems because they are one of the driving forces behind everything you experience. By understanding how your beliefs shape your life and where they limit you, we can break the negative cycles and transform these beliefs into ones that support and empower you. I also value highly working with our emotions and body because our embodied experience is an equally important aspect of our well being and impacts how our brain perceives ourselves and the world. Learning how to feel safe and able to experience any emotions and physical sensations is a fundamental skill. So is learning to create safety in our nervous system because a healthy nervous system helps us achieve whatever we intend in life: from a safe base we feel able and willing to take necessary risks.

Training and Professional Background
My doctoral training in Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Psychology (University of Surrey), alongside my coaching certification (The Coaching Academy) and other modalities, equips me to explore your true goals and intentions. We will work together to understand why certain patterns persist in your life and how to overcome the obstacles standing between you and your desires.
My Theoretical Approach
My approach to therapeutic work and coaching is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based and holistic techniques to meet your unique needs. I incorporate principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to explore how your thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours interact, helping you gain insight and make meaningful changes. I am also CI informed: Compassionate Inquiry is a powerful way of working deeply with our core wounds that can be held in our bodies and beliefs. I combine what I have learnt in CI with what I am currently learning in even more body based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and NeuroAffectiveTouch. Both are very gentle yet powerful ways of working with the body and nervous system.
I am also passionate about Positive Psychology, which emphasises a strength-based approach to help you unlock your full potential. In addition, my approach is informed by Transpersonal Psychology, integrating spiritual and self-development perspectives to support a sense of purpose and authenticity. Where appropriate I incorporate energy-based approaches like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting. In essence, I have studied a wide range of psychological theories and approaches that help us understand what drives human behaviour and how we can make the most of the lives we lead. I blend creative techniques with traditional psychology to tailor an approach that suits you. Through this integrative framework, I aim to provide a safe, supportive space to help you navigate challenges, rediscover your strengths, and move toward a life of greater balance, fulfilment and authenticity.
